The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, much bigger then other rooms we have seen in Japan. The washer dryer works perfectly. The gym is equipped with everything you need for a quick workout. The location is perfect with a lot of good and shopping options and very close to public transportation.

The hotel is very good located, only one station away from Universal Studios Japan! Very clean, very good and comfortable beds and pillows! They were excellent! We slept so well! The shower is big and top modern! The staff is friendly!

The hotel was excellent! Great variety of food at breakfast (both Japanese/ Asian and Western types of food) and numerous delicious options for people with a different dietary regime. Plus several restaurants located in the hotel, where one could also have lunch, dinner and even in-room dinning. The rooms were quite spacious for Japan, especially to unpack and store our big luggages. Really comfortable beds and pillows, and sufficient amenities in the room/ bathroom. The staff was very friendly, responsive and attentive towards guests (both over phone and face-to-face) and almost everyone spoke English (which is not that common in hotels in Japan). We really appreciated our rooms being available before the check-in hour, as we had just arrived from a very long journey from Europe. Also, the location is good as well. Close to Dotonbori and several public transport stations. Overall, our stay in Osaka was amazing thanks to everyone at Centara Grand Hotel. Best hotel that we stayed at in Japan! Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Osaka a second time.

I loved everything about this hotel from the aesthetic of the hotel to the staff and breakfast averything was amazing. Fabulous room with a comfortable bed. Washing machine was easy to use and a great addition. Very comfortable bed and a nice, spacious room. Bath was excellent as you could set the exact temperature you want.
