Amazing friendly staff! They could not have been more helpful. Gave a fabulous recommendation for dinner and rang ahead for us. Breakfast was delicious and good value for money. Rooftop was also fabulous. Much preferred Hotel Noum to our more expensive accommodation in Kyoto and Nara.

Randomly got upgraded to a suite on the 25th floor, views were out of this world and room was super modern, clean and comfy. Would definitely stay again, location was great.
