Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing.
Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like.
Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

Close to Osaka Station within the Umeda business district.Plenty of swanky department stores in easy reach. The Ignite Cafe on the ground floor has a good salad bar. The hotel staff are professional and switched on. We booked a twin room with a view of the city. It was roomy and comfortable. The cocktail Bar near reception has a great view and was a nice spot for a negroni. If I was ever to revisit Osaka I would stay here again.

The room is spacious (Japanese standard). Lots of details arae given to the service and the amenities. I love how they even have a small plate for used dripped coffee bags. The onsen is just what you need after a long day walking around the city.
