Everything. We had a corner club room. The room was exceptionally comfortable and tastefully decorated. The club food was delicious as was the breakfast served in the restaurant each morning. The hotel was well located to the metro, which made travelling around the city much easier. Will definitely stay again.

The apartment is excellent — brand new, spotlessly clean, and highly functional. It's spacious by Tokyo standards, with enough room for four people to open their suitcases comfortably at the same time — a rarity in this city! The apartment comes fully equipped with everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi work perfectly, and the washing machine is easy to use. Communication with the owner was fast and smooth, and the check-in process was simple. One thing to note: as of July 2025, the building is so new that it hasn't yet been updated to Google Street View, so keep that in mind when navigating. The apartment is situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of cafés and restaurants, yet the street itself is peaceful, we slept perfectly. Many konbinis with-in minutes of walking. The location is also outstanding — with four subway lines nearby, all major tourist areas of Tokyo are within 15–20 minutes. All in all, this apartment is a fantastic find, and I’d be happy to stay here again.

Very nice check-in experience. Must say the Lady Manager was exceptional in her making us feel welcome and explaining all the alternatives to us due to the fact that we were not able to use the Lounge per our booked preferred room. Very nice service in the Garden Tower 40F breakfast time; also had a shabu-shabu lunch -- again the lady serving us was super good. All in all, it has been very nice staying the Executive House Zen.

Travelled in a group of seven and this apartment was absolutely perfect for the group of us. Amazing location, close to many stations. Yu was a welcoming and warm host, very easy to contact with prompt responding speed. We were provided with many appliances and free utilities which only improved our stay, this including Japanese snacks, multiple Dyson products to use, laundry detergent etc. Apartment was overall clean and everything needed for a stay in Tokyo.

Excellent, always smiling service; very large room (luxury corner twin) with very useful kitchenette area and washing machine; comfortable beds; very clean; excellent functioning shower. At first wasn't sure about the no-cleaning designation but it works really well with fresh towels delivered to room daily and various amenities avaible at reception. Great area and location. Spent 12 days there and loved it.
