The apartment is excellent — brand new, spotlessly clean, and highly functional. It's spacious by Tokyo standards, with enough room for four people to open their suitcases comfortably at the same time — a rarity in this city! The apartment comes fully equipped with everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi work perfectly, and the washing machine is easy to use. Communication with the owner was fast and smooth, and the check-in process was simple. One thing to note: as of July 2025, the building is so new that it hasn't yet been updated to Google Street View, so keep that in mind when navigating. The apartment is situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of cafés and restaurants, yet the street itself is peaceful, we slept perfectly. Many konbinis with-in minutes of walking. The location is also outstanding — with four subway lines nearby, all major tourist areas of Tokyo are within 15–20 minutes. All in all, this apartment is a fantastic find, and I’d be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is located in Akasaka which is a lovely region. The streets around it were full of very good places to eat. We've stayed in two types of rooms. We were in love with Japanese Style Premium Suite. It was just amazing experience. Huge room which even had a massage chair which we used with great pleasure.
