Polished hotel with far more space in the room than I expected. Everything was pleasant during my stay and I loved having the space to open my luggage and still have space to walk around. 500ml bottled water provided every day was also much appreciated. The separated bathroom and toilet were also pretty big and I really cannot praise more that the hotel provides tray organisers on the bathroom shelf. It made me feel at home that I didn't have to haphazardly place things on the counter. The hot tub/jacuzzi in the public bath was also a pleasant surprise, and I liked that this hotel provides keycards for the public bath instead of making people remember passcodes. As someone who starts the day late, I'm also appreciative of being able to have the room cleaned all the way up to 3pm. Staff were always courteous and helpful and made it feel like a 5-star experience staying here. I liked the location as well, it's not too far from Gaienmae Station and my favourite Doutor Coffee. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The place looks amazing and feels luxurious. Value is amazing. Complete supplies in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Easy access to the train. Lawson's right next door so quick trips for any needs are no problem. I made a mistake with my booking and it was promptly solved by the team from illi. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect. Room was clean and quiet. Facilities provided were excellent - in room microwave / hot plate / kettle / full sized fridge / washer-dryer including laundry detergent. Lovely toiletries / slippers / dressing gown. Coffee provided in hotel lobby. Would definitely return.

Clean and comfortable and spacious apartments. Prime location close to Omotesando Metro Station. Plenty great restaurants around, proximity with anytime fitness was a big plus as a member of the franchise. Staff was kind enough to hold my luggage after check out.

It was located very convientely omotesando which was nice and close to Harajuku and plenty of the other spots in Tokyo that we were exploring. The room easily fit all three of us and was comfortable.

Well placed, roughly five minutes from the main Ikebukuro station and within walking distance of Sunshine City. It’s on the Yamanote line too, so easy to get to major travel locations like Shibuya, Harajuku, etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable, my group was three people and we had a good amount of space and were very comfortable. There’s cooking and entertainment facilities in the room, which was nice when we were tired and just wanted to relax in the evening. Of note — hotel rooms in Tokyo are notorious for being quite small and cramped, but the rooms at Mimaru are huge by comparison. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.
