Location is amazing, whole team/stuff is super nice, loby is great for an evening glass of wine and room is comfortable with big bathroom. I would stay again and I recommend it. I really love that you CAN open the window adter 4 hotel without that option!

The hotel is wonderful! Clean, spacious rooms with AMAZING beds!! Seriously, we've had one of the best and sound sleeps on those mattresses.
Hotel's location is very convenient too. It's quite close to Tokyo Station and Ginza - walking distance in fact. The hotel itself is in Akasaka - a place full of great restaurants and bars.
The staff are so helpful, nice and kind. They kindly helped us to extend our stay for a day due to typhoon disrupting our travel plans and helped with some personal requests.
Wonderful experience! We would definetely stay there again when we come to Tokyo!

Everything was great. Rooms where nice and really big, clean, nice view, good breakfast, it's next to emperor, it has easy commute to many parts of Tokyo and you can even walk to the hotel right from the subway if the weather is not nice. It's located almost in the center, with several minutes walk to Emperor's Gardens and Palace, surrounded by modern skyscrapers. Skyscrapers is where you stay and what you see in the windows, so if the lights of the city in the night take your breath away - that's a good place to taste modern Tokyo. It isn't a tourist and/or shopping area though, so don't expect huge crowds in the nights and restaurants serving too late, but you are the crossroads between many great areas so it's good as a 'hub' location.
