The location was perfect! Also, the style of the hotel . The best thing were the amenities! It’s a dream :) also you can enter to the store through reception, really cool. However, it’s basic service with no mini bar or additional things like this. Said this, I will totally recommend the hotel for a stay in Tokyo.

Location is amazing, love that it's right near the Yamanote line Shimbashi station, and this hotel has a bus stop for the Airport Limousine. It was a nice trip from Narita just a couple stops along the way to drop off other travellers. Restaurants and 7Eleven and FamiliyMart nearby. Room was big and clean and comfortable.

The hotel is ideally located near Ginza Avenue and the fish market, with excellent metro access and great restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with daily cleaning. Spacious and nicely decorated room with a cosy sitting are where we could chill after a long day walking around Tokyo. Location was great as well. Very close to the old fish market and also in walking distance to buses and metro. We liked the feel of the area as it was not quite as busy and crowded as other places in Tokyo. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helped us with restaurant recommendations, odering taxis etc. This was our first hotel on our Japan vacation and it really set the bar high for the others that followed.

The hotel is amazing. It’s beautiful, super clean and luxurious. The location is perfect, in Ginza, surrounded by shops, restaurants and transport. The best part about this hotel is the staff. From the front door to the breakfast staff, to the housekeeping teams and everyone else. They are all so friendly, helpful and make you feel like a princess. Breakfast is delicious, beautiful restaurant, cozy and lot’s of options. Loved it!
