Place was clean all the amenities were there, location was good. Tokyo station was only 15min from train, Shinjuku and Shibuya were 25,30min and ginza was also 30min so very centrally located. Great apartment for two people.

It was a real find. Super quiet, clean and comfortable. And there was a shrine just around the corner and the town was full of food shops. Would recommend to anyone and will look for it next time I’m in Tokyo. It was easy to check in, check out and wonderful to stay in. Communication was good and information was detailed.

Nice in between location, Easy to get to Akihabara/Asakusa but also to get to Shibuya/Shinjuku areas which is what initially drew us to the hotel. The joint rooms meant we had two bathrooms and lots of space to go in between both rooms. Was well aware of the trains as per the other reviews so that didn't phase us and we were able to get in some good rest. Staff were lovely, helpful that during the night the street parking is free so we were able to park with no trouble as it's a side street. But suidobashi station is a stone throw away and also tokyo dome for all the eateries. Such a nice location, Beds were japanese style so not the most comfortable but we're weren't staying for long so didn't mind.

The location was excellent and very quiet. All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms adequate even for Tokyo's small standard.

Flex Stay Inn Iidabashi - a slightly older property but trust me it’s totally value for money given the fact that Tokyo is one of the costliest cities in the world. Family room had everything, right from a small kitchen to utensils to microwave oven. Bathroom was swanky clean, bed was extremely comfy. We had an amazing time staying with Flex Inn. We checked in post 6pm JST and the manager greeted us with so much respect, he has extremely courteous enough to inform us (translate) everything (rules, touristic places to visit, cab charges etc.) Property is located within a residential territory and the nearest Subway station (Idabashi) is around 600m / 6min walk. JR station will be around 900m and 10min walk from the property. We just loved the toiletries Flex had provided us with, super amazing. You’ll have a supermarket right opposite to the property wherein you could buy groceries and cook your meals inside the room. You’ll have 3 Seven Elevens, 1 family mart and 1 Lawson within 500-600 mtrs range. Nearest Daiso store is around 600mtrs. McDonalds, Subway hints are also close by. I therefore would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling with family and would like to save a few bucks and need a bigger room like us. Trust me you’ll not have any regrets. WiFi was also pretty decent.

Great location in quiet back street of a really interesting neighbourhood surrounded by discrete restaurants and bars. The hotel bar was beautiful and we were looked after by two lovely bar staff and had the best cocktail i have ever tasted. The room is compact but thoughtful and fun in its decor
