Super clean, very nice and helpful staff We loved the laundry and the possibility to follow this on TV. The location is superb, next to two stations. Enough restaurants nearby. A money changing machine in the lobby. Very nice seating area here. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very efficient with a separate wet cell for a shower and bath and next to it a place to brush your teeth etc

We were on around 8 hotels in Japan, but this was the completely best one. The teams are great and experienced, speaks English well and knows everything! The breakfast was amazing, The services are great! (also the bus from the hotel to the airport really helped us) There is a train stop exactly on the entrance of the hotel which was great and mobile! The rooms are the best, cleaned, Greatest view ever, great facilities and TV. Obviously a 10/10 hotel, worth every single Yen!

I am a frequent traveler and I must say this is one of my favorite rooms ever. The choices of the materials, since the stone in the bathroom to the floor were very well thought. The room we chose were very spacious considering Tokyo scenario. The amenities were very useful and the complementary lounge with drinks and beverages were the best of the trip. I loved every detail and recommend it.
