The location is the best for Ginza area. The room we got is Executive Double room. It fits our family of 3 perfectly. Although, the hotel does not have buffet breakfast, they delivered breakfast in the wooden box to your room. We found that it is very convenience. Hotel does not have car park, but there is a paid parking nearby. Staff was vey nice during check in and check out. Hotel also has the restuarant guidebook that is very helpful.

The room was clean and bathroom was spacious, The location of the hotel while looks good, Its a fair bit of walk to shimabashi station which is a JR station. Regardless the staff was amazing. Easy access to coffee places. Toiletries were unlimited and provided near the reception. Absolutely loved my stay.

the capsules were really comfortable and the place is well equipped! the onsen was great to start the day in, i felt really spoiled and was not expecting that at all! the check out is relatively late wich is great, you receive PJ's, amenities and food. the lounge is really nice. since its only women place, the staff was only women as well and it's a great place to feel safe. highly recommended
