The location is great and right next to Suidobashi station. After walking around exploring all day it was so nice to get off at our stop and know within 1 minute I would be in my room. I also loved the shower. Great size and strong pressure.

Reception was very friendly and helpful, check-is back already dearin quick. Room although smallish had very comfortable bed, tea and coffee and good lighting.The bathroom was big with an excellent shower. The massage chairs were fantastic after a long day. The coffee served in the relaxation room was a surprise treat and having washing machines was a bonus. Using the nearby train station rather than metro made the city very accessible. We found some delicious restaurants for inexpensive dinners nearby. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and new items daily. Everything delicious, with a lovely view of the garden. The restaurant had a great dinner menu, we just didn’t have enough time

Very good location, close to different metro lines. Excellent service, since reception until checkout. They let us keep the luggage after checkout. They have utilities for bathroom (like toothbrush, shower cap and even pajamas) available for free.

Great location, in the used-book district so very nice neighborhood with metro line very close by. Room was very clean and quite spacious considering that this is in the city. They also provided us with a lot of appliances.
