Everything was above the luxury level! We were staying in the room on the 21-st floor and the view was breathtaking! The room was spacious and there was everything you could possibly need, including pyjama:-)

Brilliant all around. Great location near Yokohama station and / or Sakuragicho stn. Lovely walk day and night from station to hotel and is mostly flat. Modern safe clean area. Hotel is top notch. From check in with the friendly staff to warmth inside (winter) to entering the room we were pleased. Room is a good size, plenty of space for suitcases and then moving around. A/C is excellent - cools and heats well, quickly and quietly. Room is very quiet day and night - noise insulation is great. Bathroom is excellent - heated washlet seat. Shower is amazing - pressure and heat are wonderful. Breakfast - excellent buffet - good variety of food and drink. Western and Japanese. All excellent quality. Restaurant staff very very friendly and attentive. Overall a fantastic stay - definitely recommend and will definitely be back !
