The accommodation in this hotel was absolutely perfect. Right after arriving I was very pleasantly surprised by the staff, who were great and remembered my name from the first moment. They were very helpful and most importantly attentive. The accommodation itself was beautiful, clean and the room was large enough. If I had the opportunity, I would definitely like to come back here.

The best hotel staff I have ever seen. They are very friendly, helpful and engaged every day. They helped us coordinate tours and activities around the area every day, arranged transport and ensured we had what we needed at all times. They prepared a cake for my friend’s birthday, balloons and decoration in the room. They offered a free transfer to the airport, and a late check out without any charge. Location is perfect, right around the corner from the main tourist hubs of Pub Street & the markets. Beautiful place with very nice decorations. Big rooms and good breakfast. The pool is fabulous, so pretty and clean. We will definitely come back and it will remain as a great memory for all my life.

I really enjoy staying here with my family. Good facilities and friendly staff. The location is great, only 10 minutes walk to pubstreet. The breakfast is good. It's 20% off for the meal anyway.

This is really a spotless hotel! We had some second thoughts when we first saw the location, but it transpired to be a very peaceful place with nice restaurants and bars (which gives you a good opportunity to escape the crazy tourist center ☺️)

The entrance/lobby is very welcoming with soft relaxing music playing in the background. Rooms were a good size and had a nice viee of the pool area. They assisted with excursions as well as return shuttle to airport. Breakfast was included in our rate and had a nice mixture of local and western style items. You coild tell all items were freshly prepared. Location was excellent. Close to countless restaurants and services as well as about a ten minute walk to Market and Pub Street. You can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the area and then return to your own private oasis. All staff could speak at least some English.

Apsara Centrepole Hotel is situated just a 1-minute walk from Siem Reap City’s Pub Street and the many night markets. It features an outdoor pool, a restaurant and a lounge bar.
