During our 2 week trip to South Korea we stayed at 4 different hotels and this hotel had the most awesome service. Very customer oriented.They spoke good English which made a huge difference. They gave us tips on where and what to eat and helped us get around. The hotel’s location was great- close to the metro station and lots of restaurants and shops. We had a room with a nice view of the water and fishing boats.

Everything were great , nice location nice staff nice coffee etc... Prefect for group and family. About the location, just a 3 mins walk from MTR Nampo stations , for those bring a big suitcase with you then use elevator at Exit 5. Gwangbok-ro Fashion Street is around the corner so you can get anything you want. Staff are helpful and talkative, good to sharing some travel experience and learn a little bit Korean culture-)

I personally like the air purifier in the hotel room. Everything in the room looked new, stylish, and modern. Also, the location of the hotel is very close to the shopping street and seafood market, which made it easy for me and my friends to have dinner or a late-night snack (supper). It is at strategic area where a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, also the bus stop and subway station was very near. Very clean for both room and bathroom. Responsive and friendly staff.
