The time for the checkout was 3:00 but we set more time and they didint call many time and that things doesn’t bother the guests

Staff (literally everyone) were soo incredibly friendly and hospitable. They did everything to make me feel comfortable and were also courteous.
The breakfast was tasty and included a variety. The hotel is a 2min walk from a mosque (no prayer space for women unfortunately) and it is also located in the city centre. Assima mall is around a 20 minute walk away and there are are lots of exchange bureaus within 5 mins walk of the hotel.
Thank you also to the member of staff at reception who helped sort out a friendly driver to take me to the camel racing last minute. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
