The room was comfortable cozy and modern. I went with my mom and dog and even though I had my dog's stuff the staff brought a dog pillow and dogs bowl. The spa was quite nice. Everything was spotless clean and the staff super friendly and useful.

First of all, Luxembourg city is a complete love from the first site! And this hotel in the very heart of walking tourists area in old city part - was the best decision of whole trip. The interior of the hotel is absolutely stunning, you would enjoy both interesting views in the bars and restaurants and in the rooms as well. Though the hotel itself is relatively small, and you should get through corridors and minimalistic halls to different parts of the hotel, it is still very cozy and sweet. As it was my birthday, my husband ordered a romantic greeting for our room with flowers, champagne and candles. It was lovely :) I would like to separately thank the front office manager Mr. Thibault who was super friendly and welcoming, taking care of our short stay in all respects. The room was very comfortable, with warm colors, and it was a pleasure to spend time in it. The surroundings are beautiful, and you can walk to the city center. The staff was very friendly and spoke English.

Before I arrived I sent an email asking if it was possible to get a room to the front of hotel . We got the room to the front and it was magical looking out at the Christmas market from our window. Requested extra pillows and no issue with getting them.Breakfast was continental style and plenty to choose from. Location is absolutely perfect.
