Perfect location close to the walls of the Medina, but also close to "all the action". Great view over the ocean and beach. Wonderful terrace for breakfast and chilling. The interior was cool, felt authentic. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We had the best breakfasts of our Morocco trip here, with some fruit (we had been longing for it in other places before this!!). The room is spacious enough, and with ocean view.

Riad Dar Nor is located in the old centre of Essaouira, a 5-minute walk from the old fortress and the city walls overlooking the sea.

This is such a lovely place. Such welcoming friendly helpful staff, beautiful decor, sparklingly clean - an oasis. The rooftop is also beautiful and breakfast is generous. And right next door across the corridor is a restaurant owned and run by women Tag_na8.

Safe, clean ryad. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good size room/bathroom. Tones of hot water. Unlike all other riads we've been, each floor here has one room only, so we had excellent privacy. Perfect location close to all attractions, walking distance to the car parking outside the town (50 DHM/night).
