This is by far the best hotel stay we’ve had in ages - never been met with such hospitality. We came here to kite surf, and the lovely and accommodating staff were to helpful with everything (they even let us use the surf shop next door to store and clean our kites). The breakfast was delicious. We even arrived right after a recent renovation period, and were as a result the only guest at the hotel for a few days, and the staff even gave us a free upgrade. We had the pleasure of staying at the honeymoon suite with a ocean view - simply perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and can’t wait to be back. And have to mention the beautiful garden as well!

Less than a minute to the beach, very friendly owner and very communicative. He provided us with coffee and bottled water which was indeed needed. The flat meets the standards I used to in Europe :)

Friendly and efficient staff. Our day always started good with the friendly and perfect room-service of Redwane. Also service at beach restaurant and the caring of rezeptionnists were perfect. We also enjoyed very good food.

Close to the beach, Riad Zahra proposes simplicity and comfort only 15 minutes walk from the Medina. You will find an outdoor swimming pool on the garden.

The evening meals in the hotel's own restaurant were marvellous. My room was on the ground floor which was perfect for me as I have had mobility difficulties during the last year, and cannot manage stairs with comfort. So everything I needed was easily accessible, my room, the restaurant for breakfast (plenty of), and evening meal, and to be able to sit outside by the pool if I wanted to.

Staff are super nice and very hospital Anything you ask is done right away. Room service was super quick Housekeeping clean room every day with new towels. Reception staff well trained concierge was outside the hotel to welcome the guests we arrived with a rental car. He took our luggage inside and then he took our car to their parking space. This was nice service reduced alot of looking for hotel parking place. The hotel manager is well trained on customer service and very good listening.
