The property itself was gorgeous! It is very authentic and well preserved. You wouldn't believe there's a medina right outside the door, it was so peaceful!
Meryem and her crew were amazing. They went way above beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Got us a great driver and guide to take us sightseeing. Liaised with the driver who took us to Chefchaouen. Always had copious amounts of mint tea available. The day we checked out, kept our luggage so we could wander around for some last-minute tours.
I don't know how they managed it, the riad was always full but we felt like the only guests...that's how personalised the service was.

Very pleasant, calm, and beautiful setting right in the medina. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.
We loved the services offered, especially the fact that they could pick us up directly from the airport and take us there. They also offer great places to discover, and you can also ask them for other things.

It was clean, the room was great, the location was great to explore the medina and the owner was very nice. We came in the hotel at 2am , organized the transportation, welcomed us at arrival, helped us with the bags.. The breakfast was very very good.

Lovely place within the Medina. Friendly staff who go the extra mile - thank you to Hamza and Mamadou who made our stay special - they work extremely hard! Beautiful, serene Riad with roof top views across the Medina.
We also went to the spa and tried a traditional Hammam - it’s not for the faint hearted!

This is the perfect Riad. It has 13 rooms, a good restaurant and heated swimming pool. Everything was clean and the property is well maintained. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The owner send you a video for explaining how to get in to Hostel as its à bit tricky to find a hostel in Old Town because streets are Narrow
