Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, making our stay truly enjoyable. Room was spotless and comfortable, food was excellent, hotel itself was very clean and overall everything was top notch! I'm in love with this hotel and I really really highly recommend it! The staff were outstanding - the degree of personalized customer service was exceptional! The hotel in general and the room was impeccably clean, quiet, friendly and welcoming. The amenities were first class, from the pools, gym, lounge, bathrobes, etc, and all provided for a complete and comfortable stay. The location was perfect, quiet, with a view, easy access to cafes, restaurants, bus stops, shopping, etc. I have already recommended this hotel to many friends and would definitely stay here again in the future!

The staff were very polite and really took care of their guests. We were warmly welcomed and nicely surprised by an upgraded bigger room. All our needs and requests were satisfied. The hotel was clean, the bed were comfortable, there was everything needed in the rooms and the breakfast buffet was diverse. I’d highly recommend it.

Great location, excellent staff, great service. Located in a wonderful position where you can enjoy nightlife or full relax, from the roof top to the ground floor. A must their Zest restaurant. The staff is very courteous, responsive, always with a smile , ready to help for all needs. A family owned hotel that gives top service and cuddling for your stay in Malta. Thumbs up

I really liked the staff at the accommodation and the elevator, which was impressively fast. The entire hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were lovely, equipped with all the necessary facilities. Especially the coworkers, Marcus, Swastika, the cleaning staff and the hotel owners. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.
