The hotel itself is amazing. The staff are friendly, they have an all you can eat candy shop for kids, the food was fabulous. They have an amazing entertainment team. The pool was warm, i think it was heated the kids loved it !

The service was outstanding and the please is beautiful. You can enjoy an amazing time without paying for anything extra, except for tips, which is common in Cancun. The on-site restaurants and room service were pretty good, offering a variety of cuisines and great service - maximum wait time of 90min in the restaurant lines.

We had the pleasure of staying in one of the apartments with a stunning panoramic view overlooking the harbor, the city skyline, and the golf course. The apartment was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and delivered exactly the kind of comfort you’d expect in this category.
What truly stood out was the level of service provided by the manager: he takes the time to handle every request personally and ensures that each concern is resolved to the highest standard with genuine care and attention to detail.
If you’re into golf, the course is definitely worth a visit - and guests are even offered a special rate. The location is quiet and exclusive, yet just minutes from the sea. For us, it was without a doubt the best choice in Cancún.
