The location was excellent. Five minutes to the Malecon, local restaurants, liquor store, pharmacy and convenience store.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff brought us what we needed when required.
The pool became our go to place to cool off after long walks or tours. It is wonderful and the waterfall on the back was massage like.
Sebastian and his family were incredible. Gave us the family history of the Casa as well as recommended some places to eat and visit .
We highly recommend this Casa

Lovely boutique hotel right by the cathedral and the Malecon. Lots of amenities in walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff; modern, spacious and very clean room. They offer very budget friendly breakfast on the top floor as well.

We loved everything! The location is perfect, right in the Zona Romantica but it's secluded enough that you don't get so much outside noise. The place is clean and beautiful with lots of lovely decorations. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the area, they gave great recommendations which we took. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've stayed in. When we're back in PV this hotel will be first on my list.

The property manager "Meemo" was so helpful and we enjoyed a few jokes together. He responded immediately to any of our requests and as I said to him the staff in a property make all the difference and he was brilliant.
The apartment was well equipped and well maintained with a daily cleaning service. We have tried other properties in the Zona Romantica and this one didn't have the overnight local club drumming beat that the previous ones had which disturbed our sleep. So happy about that!!! Definitely a go to place.

Everything was so wonderfull and impressive in this great property with its deep history that I would say STAY THERE if you have the chance.
Choose the Silver Room if possible you will enjoy it.
Great view from the room and terrace on the roof. Nice bed that you don't want to leave :) Clean and comfortable in all the ways.
Magnificent service and communication, - they do what few properties can do. They create a special welcoming, warming atmosphere and you feel being a dear guest visiting your family faraway from your home. It's amazing how they do it!
I feel so grateful to all the team of the hotel for my excellent stay in PVR.
Highly recommend and will be happy come back.
