Brilliant hotel from the first interaction, very friendly, amazing rooms, helped us with an extra bed, Louis at the reception was exceptional, giving us guidance, and access to the lounge at the 22nd which was a great place to spend time. The location is great and the staff were helpful with guidance and support for the best experience. They elevated the whole experience of being in Amaterdam for us. We are very grateful.

The hotel was ideally located, with easy access to transport. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptionally kind and ensured we had a wonderful visit!

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Soaps were divine. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't meet any staff, but response time for messages was good and they kindly accommodated an early check-in.
