The room was quite big and I really liked the fact that it had a minifridge. Also, the breakfast was amazing. There were also a lot of supermarkets nearby so we could buy supplies.

Room 206 Rotterdam Netherlands with a back garden view.
In walking distance from hotel to Coolhaven train stop or tram stop no 8 which takes you to Beurs stop for a variety of shopping choices.
Tram stop Blaak takes you to the Cube houses and Great Market hall with delicious eatery options.
Euromast tramstop for exciting views from the tower.
Wilhelminaplein tram or metro stop for the cruise port.
The room was modern, and the bathroom with a soft rain shower head a delight, a heated rail, and a hairdryer.
Rooms come with an aircon and hot water machine for coffee and a safe.
Stein, Arthur, and Lia at reception were very helpful and friendly.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
We did not have the breakfast option.
New years Eve was amazing on Erasmus Bridge with fireworks.
All trains were free to use from 10 pm to 2am.
Well organised and safe to use.

The check in was complicated, but next time it will be easy, it wasn't very clear, but that was probably our lack of experience on check in on the computer. But all in all it was all very good.

Everything was perfect. The size of the room is great, everything is there that you need.
Margaret and Hans were wonderful hosts.
The breakfast was lovely. The directions given were easy to understand. It is worth just to stay there. The history Hans gave about the area was very helpful. There is 1 flight of stairs, but that is not an issue.
