Everything. Fresh, clean, modern. Lovely greeting from reception, even though it was self check in. That process was simple, we got an email with instructions. Exceptional value for money. This hotel is amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room itself was superb, great facilities, clean and comfortable. The hotel is gorgeous, perfectly located, roomy, comfortable, quiet, and staffed by kind, conscientious, friendly individuals. We loved our stay here for so many reasons--we were given great information about the Netherlands, the tea was delicious, the bar had fantastic food & beverages--we ended up eating there both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We are in another city now and we wish there was a Suitehotel Pincoffs here!
