The hotel is located very close to the center of Rotterdam, only a 15-20 minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel also offers various facilities for relaxing and hanging out. The breakfast was decent. Overall, a very fabulous stay.

I really loved the personel attitude, the modernity of the place and the location was great! We stayed there only for one night and actually i think this is perfect option for a short stay. The calsule temperature was fine, there was no issues with air inside etc. It was my first time in capsule and I really love the idea and the solution, so for sure I will choose it again while visiting.

Very hospitable, compliant and naturaly friendly personnel. Very comfy and clean big room with writing table and lockers, good beds that doesn't screak. Everything is build and equiped by philosophy "give much more than is necessery". By far the best hostel I've ever been, even better than some classical "room for one" hotels.

Traditional trimmings are enhanced with contemporary comforts in this luxury hotel, where the hospitality is top-notch and so is the view.

Convenient central location with a metro station nearby. The hotel was opened recently, it's beautifully designed, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the bistro serves exceptional meals. But above all, the highlight for me was the superb staff - professional but friendly, accommodating and approachable. They went above and beyond in helping me track down a lost item and had it shipped to me after I left the city. It was fantastic customer experience and I will surely stay here again in the future.
