The apartment was clean and tidy and the hosts were there when I arrived and explained all the details. The apartment is on the 4th floor, so nice and quiet, and there is an elevator in the building which is rare for Oslo. It was a 5 minute walk to Ensjo metro station which gives quick access to Oslo city. There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk (including a Sunday open Rema 1000), chemist (apotek) and some cafes and restaurants. The bathroom was spacious and with a clothes washing machine and clothes drying rack. With the underfloor-heating in the bathroom, my clothes dried overnight! Super convenient. I loved the little ponds and urbanized river nearby. At night we could hear the flowing water, which is very calming. The balcony has morning sun, so lovely to enjoy a warm drink and sunshine to start the day! I am very happy with this stay. Thank you for hosting me!

We really liked everything 🙂 very kind owners, very helpful, in apartment we found everything what we needed + they left in a fridge present for us 😊 Approx. 20-30 minutes by walk to centre, port, ... if we will came back to Norway we will stay here 😊

As everyone reports, the breakfast is amazing. Wide variety of fresh and freshly cooked items, tons of drinks, spread out seating - it's great. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Oslo and probably one of the few places that has parking (it's not "in the hotel" but literally right next door. Not exactly cheap (I paid $60 CAD for about 25 hours of parking) but parking itself is not plentiful in the actual downtown. It's a nice hotel and you can open the windowdoor (I don't know how else to put it - it's a window that's a door). We had a great sleep after a long way of traveling, and they were very accommodating about a late checkout and a late check in. Great place to stay.
