A great location in Ilam, close to UC. Lovely spacious home in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is well supplied. Bedrooms are comfortable, and the linen and beds are great. Having the extra toilet was convenient. Easy to get the key and good communication.

The location is the best place. The room is in front of University, it was comfortable for me. It's a lillte far from the city center, but there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away, so it is not a problem. The room seems to be new. All the tableware and furniture looks new and clean. The room was spacious enough.

Hardly find hotels where u can cook your own food inside. Golden hotel has mini kitchen with cooking utensils available for you to cook food inside room. Very neat and tidy. Easy check in and check out process. Always prefer to stay here whenever I visited christchurch. Near to airport as well.
