The location was perfect for walking into the centre of Dunedin. We had two rooms which had a door linking the two so it was like having a large apartment. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed. Washing machine and dryer available in a laundry area. The owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly. A great welcome and she had upgraded one of our rooms which gave us the extra room perfect for four friends travelling round New Zealand. Beds were comfortable and everything very clean. Parking directly outside the rooms off street.

The room was very spacious and the kitchen had all the utensils needed. There was even an oven! The bathroom was large and had space for your personal items in the draw. The hair dryer was also fantastic! Loved the window at the front of that room. It was perfect to sit by and have your morning coffee.
