The room is very spacious, and the loft is quite interesting; the children really enjoy sleeping up there. The room is well-equipped, and it is very convenient to use. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and peaceful, and it is truly a delightful experience to be awakened every morning by the sound of seagulls squabbling. We were greeted by a very nice old gentleman.

The lady at the reception is lovely. She helped us carry our luggages and agreed to keep them while we went to explore Dunedin. She was patient and gave us a room downstairs when she saw that we arrived with a lot of luggages. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was cleaned after the first night. Not many accommodation does that. The bed was comfortable and warm with layers of blankets. We enjoy the facilities and services provided.

The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to the center of town. the octagon maybe 10 blocks. Very close to the university. There were 2 couples in our group and having one bedroom on the main floor and another upstairs worked very well for us. There was a balcony which was great for breakfast in the sun. The unit was very spacious.
