We decided to stay at the property at the last minute. We had the whole house to ourselves, and it was a very comfortable stay in Dunedin. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. The house is modern and well-equipped. THe washing machine is a plus for us.

The suite was extremely clean and well supplied with tons of great amenities! The owners were also very proactive about reaching out to make sure we were doing well. The location is a good balance between close to the city center and in a residential, quiet neighborhood.

The guest house is in a beautiful building with plenty of space. The location was very close to town, university and Botanical gardens. Breakfast was a lovely bonus! Staff were incredibly friendly too!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, the last time being about 6 years ago. The accommodation is cleaned to a high standard, the fixtures and furnishings are also of a high standard, very modern. Comfort was not compromised.
