The experience was perfect from the beginning. Jean-Pierre the owner was there to meet us and took our apartment, explaining everything. Also gave us lots of great information on Queenstown. The apartment was amazing with beautiful furniture, figurines, pictures and lovely touches everywhere. We also had a large heated outdoor Jacuzzi to use which we did multiple times. A wonderful breakfast was prepared each morning by a chef Toni Clarke. Also loved the location - water taxi nearby, easy to get an Uber when we didn't want to drive and glorious views.

We liked that the room was very spacious and that the ensuite washroom was very clean as well. We were also pleasantly greeted with fresh cookies upon our check-in. Check-in was also very prompt which we appreciated. Photos of the room are accurate.

Accessibility, every thing there, every thing appeared new, Although not used this time the ability to cook was there and would come in handy for a longer stay. The umbrella came in handy and it went to doubtful sound and back. The coffee was great. We tried to clean up after ourselves cause we appreciate the efforts you guys put in. Key and lock box on each unit a great idea.

EVERYTHING!! Best B&B ever, hosts are the nicest and super welcoming. The whole area is just cost and comfortable, and they offered the best breakfast. I miss queenstown because of this B&B.

The Canyons B&B offers a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 4.7 km of Skyline Gondola and Luge and 11 km of Queenstown Event Centre.

Magic place. Both the landscape and the house. Everything is perfect in all the details. Jennie the owner is a very kind and welcoming person. Always available to her guests. Breakfast is super!
