The front desk was the first excellent service received promet service. The staff members are the best in all hotels I visited in krakaw The vipes of the room were perfect . If you have your own car or are aware of the transportation system, I do recommend the hotel .

Absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. We loved the decoration, it has everything you may need (even for a long stay) and Ewan was super helpful and kind.
