Staff were amazing, welcoming, very polite and very helpful. Hotel is very high spec and comfortable, everything feels new. Free coffee and tea and pastries! Rooms very comfortable and quiet. And Hotel is very central on best street in Lodz. Dinner in hotel was very good quality. They also kindly stored my bicycle safely and securely (I'm cycling from London to Krakow).

We liked everything! Renovated super clean appartment, very large and comfortable, didn't want to leave! The breakfast is awesome and there is a possibility for 5 PLN to enjoy the breakfast in the room. Staff is awesome, very polite and professional. It's one of the best value for money places I've ever gone to.
