We very much enjoyed our stay there and wished it was longer. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The guesthouse was arranged with attention to details and the organisation is well thought. Everything feels new. The kitchen even had such rare appliances as a blender. The room was very cosy and comfortable, with a nice terrace. There is plenty of room in the common areas to eat, rest and talk. Walking distance to all the attractions in the city. Great value for money!

Our stay was incredible. The property was beautiful, immaculately maintained, and the staff were so kind and accommodating to our needs! The access to amenities and the breakfast here are amazing. It’s so rare these days to get such detail oriented hospitality, and we honestly didn’t want to leave!

Lovely veiw of the beach 🏖️close 2 minute walk to the old town strip and like a 20/30 minute walk to the new town stop the apartment was a lot bigger than expected had everything iron washing machine etc bed was comfy had a tv that u could get Netflix and YouTube on and had free wifi

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean.. Lovely furnishings, the balcony was they perfect place to enjoy a relaxing glass of the local vino whilst looking at the lovely sea view, after enjoying one of the stunning local beaches. The company were really communicative and helpful (the property has its own app which has all the information you need prior to arrival) a very stress free experience. The property is around a 15 min walk from the old town (it is a bit hilly) but is also well serviced by taxis and tuc tucs! The pool area was lovely. The complex is quiet and feels very safe. We were blessed with fantastic weather and made the most of our little hire car exploring the local area and the allocated car space in the underground garage. Albuferia is busy but engaging. We can't recommend this apartment enough, will definitely be back.
