The apartment is just fantastic; the easiest way to describe it is home, far from home. The whole apartment is equipped to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The kitchen is superbly equipped (utensils, washing machine, dishwasher), and the living room (iron, hanger for your laundry). The location is great, close to shops, city centre and local bakeries and bars.

One word - perfect. The house is amazing, it was extremely clean, the host met us to present the house and give us the keys, but also you can do a self check in with the lock box. The house is above Funchal, the road is a bit steep, we were with fiat panda rental, but we did not have any problem, there is also parking in the house with automatic doors or you can stop on the street next to the house. Inside the house there is everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, all accessories for the barbecue, washing machine, laundry machine, coffee machine dolce gusto, big refrigerator. Both bathrooms were very clean and the bedrooms also, the backyard with the barbecue is very nice, we had coffee and breakfast outside every morning. We stayed for 4 nights, but to be honest I wanted to stay more. Definitely if we go to Madeira again I will book the same house. Thanks for the amazing stay! The view to Funchal is pretty nice. There were not any bugs or mosquitos. For us the location was great, because with the car you can easily access the ring road and explore the island. Also, we were welcomed with some organic produce bananas and mango from the gardens of the host - delicious.

Very nice house. The owner is super responsive. Received the most detailed instructions. And then was kids enough to answer my questions. Comfortable, everything was great. The kitchen is fully equipped (including spices/olive oil, etc). The pool has a nice view.

We would highly recommend Super Rabbit as a base for your stay in Funchal. The apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. There were homely comforts like warm blankets, big pillows, soft rugs at your feet next to the beds, plants and ornaments - which all created a home from home atmosphere. Some accommodation - especially in warmer countries - can be a bit clinical but Super Rabbit had a lovely contemporary and warm feel about it. The kids loved the selection on the tv for winding down at the end of the day. It was very central - great for getting about to see Funchal’s best hotspots. The host provides a small sample of Portuguese treats to enjoy and coffee for the machine. Everything was provided for - toiletries, flannels, towels, decent hairdryers, cotton buds, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid and detergent for the washing machine. Nice balcony to watch the world go by.
