Excellent location, lovely personal and great atmosphere all together. It was quiet and cozy. The territory around is well maintained and very green, with beautiful garden. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious, I believe that everyone will find that will suit their taste. Personally I loved the omelette and variety of fruits at the breakfast and excellent fish and vegetarian dishes served at dinner. Almost forgot - the rooms are big, clean and comfortable.

The View, The view, the luxury, the sauna, the free parking and the view. I travel a lot through the world but this apartment is a category for itself. Pictures are real and live its better than the pictures, I can tell. Its not made for camperguys or people that dont like high standards. I recommend to take a rental car to enjoy the island at your own pace and freedom that this house! (its a house not an apartment) gives you. I am getting too detailed but I must say I loved its architectual build with real wood floorings, intersting twists, art in the right spot, a lot of glass and yeah did i mention the view? If you are missing a pool, go for the natural ones in Porto Moniz. 30 Minutes drive, better than any hotelpool can be, you will see why. At first we thought it is fake as we rented this apartment because it has no reviews and its too good a price for whats on the picture. We found out why: It has no reviews because its BRANDNEW and just started to rent out. I never had the honor to write a review for a brand new place but here I am. The host even forgot to mention that it has 4 floors, so its rather not for handicapped people. We are used to 5 Stars accomodations around the globe and this hitted it. My personal highlight: You have electronic curtains, whenever you are awake and open the curtains the whole city of Funchal is on display right from your bed. It is one of those places you are happy to return after a day of activities. The hosts are super helpful, regardless what you ask for. If you are a perfectionist like I am you will look for something thats off, you wont find it. At least I didnt. You can watch the sunset while enjoying a glass with your favourite TV Show and the sunset fills the room with golden light. I seldom visit a place twice. This one I will. Excellent accommodation, clean and nicely decorated apartment, very spacious, fully equipped kitchen with everything for cooking full meals, space for 2 cars in the courtyard, quiet place above Funchal, bus stop infron of the house. Definitely will stay here again.

The accomodation was very good, it has everything needed to spend some relaxed days in Funchal. For a small group it was perfect. Prompt communication with the host and check in process was really easy. The view was great!

Fantastic location, the view was incredible. Very clean and had all the required amenities.

Everything! The view is something else. I would really recommend this place, as to visit Madeira you need a car anyway.
