The location is perfect. It is near many tourist places and excellent restaurants and walking distance from many neighbourhoods. The staff was very kind with us, and the room was clean and beautiful, with noise-cancelling windows.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and you could see the attention to details everywhere. The breakfast buffet spanned multiple rooms and was delicious and fresh, with lots of options. The staff were all helpful and went out of their way to assist and the location is perfect for exploring the centre of Lisbon,

The room is very neat, the style we like very much, and the location is superior.The store was very nice and prepared a bottle of Portuguese red wine for us, which made me have a very good impression on Portugal.

This was a very last-minute booking, and I can't speak highly enough of the young lady at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful. After a long day of travel and being a first-time visitor to Lisbon, her understanding and kindness made a big difference.
