I really enjoyed this boutique hotel, where Fernanda and Alexandra were exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with Portuguese pastries and a great selection. Our room was lovely, with a beautiful view of Lisbon. The location is very convenient, close to all the main activities in Lisbon, yet situated on a quiet street — perfect for a peaceful stay.

This hotel is set in Príncipe Real, one of the most exclusive and elegant districts in Lisbon.

Very nice design hotel with super nice staff. Every morning the breakfast is served in a kitchen, freshly cooked and you always have a little chat with the staff. Rooms are super big, very stylish and clean. Staff was always supportive for every request that we had. Neighbourhood was also super nice. A bit like Prenzlauer Berg of Berlin.

Very comfortable, quiet, safe, very close to Avinida de Liberdade (one direction) and to Baixa/Chiado (other direction). Luis is a great host and very helpful. Lisbon is a hilly city so walkers' should expect uphills, but worthwhile sights, sounds and eating places will be found around every corner.

This appartment was lovely. Ideally situated (100m from Botanical Gardens), in walking distance of historical centre, yet in a side street (nice and quiet). Well equipped with all that we needed - especially the kitchen. The flat is near buses and also the metro, which takes you to the airport in 25 minutes (one change of station).

We had the most divine stay in Casa Oliver. What a gorgeous boutique hotel!! Gorgeous finishing and really wholesome feeling. Staff were fabulous and so kind, even got upgraded! Principle Real is a really incredible location to stay and will absolutely be recommending it to all friends and family. We will be back!

Hotel Botânico is situated in between Avenida da Liberdade and the university’s Botanical Gardens, just a 5-minute walk from the Avenida Metro Station.
