Loved the location as it was easy to get to the main areas of Porto. All of the staff were excellent and helpful. The step hill looks a bit daunting at first but the escalators on the way up were wonderful. The views were amazing and the breakfast room was a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or an afternoon coffee on a rainy day. The hotel is a perfect mix of modern and traditional charm!

All the staff were exceptionally helpful especially Piedro who checked us in and made reservations for us the first night and Daniela who checked us out. The balcony in our bedroom, lighting in the bedroom, the comfy bed, the breakfast, pools on the roof and the spa area and service were all exceptional. We had a great stay in a beautiful city.
