The service really was exceptional. Not only was everyone there helpful and catered to our needs, but they upgraded our room when they found out that it was our anniversary, and had a celebration slice of cake sent up. Service aside, the cleanliness of the room and the sheer number of facilities in the room (walk-in closet, a bathtub with a sea view, among others) and around the hotel (sauna, steam room, gym, 2 pools, a myriad restaurants including one in which the menu was created by a Michelin star chef) made it a great stay.

Great experience! The food and customer service were excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful. I even forgot my phone outside, and someone returned it to the reception. That really showed how honest and safe the place is. Nice pool, beach nearby, and a good gym. Highly recommended!

Staff always smiling and they are super kind and super professional, Mcdonalds and Starbucks are 1 min walk, huge mall is like 5 mins walk and beaches too, long story short , Everything is more than amazing, staff always smiling, helping and kindest, location is wow close to everything and uber is very cheap, i really recommend this hotel, room so spacious and very comfy and very clean
