Great Atmosphere, calm lobby, security available at entry, rooms are clean and in a good space .. multiple lighting choices inside the room, new hotel just opened a year ago and all types of restaurants and cafes are around that suit different tastes, a big pharmacy and supermarket in less than a minute of walking distance, check-in staff are very respectful and welcoming, thanks Eman *& whole BN residence team

We booked 3 rooms, but they gave us a free upgrade of 4 rooms with breakfast. They gave us an early check in of 7am. Staff very friendly; if you call reception for something, they bring it immediately.
Manager Ahmed helped us a lot, rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was good.
I thank all the staff, Abdulaziz, Mohammed, Ala, Ibrahim, and the cleaning staff.
Really was worth the money.

The hotel is excellent. My wife is very please as she is very keen on cleanliness. The hotel is exceptionally neat and clean. Very spacious. The staffs are very polite and helpful. The kitchen staffs are wonderful and always willing to assist. Rayan is always coming to us ask if we were okay and if we needed anything. We enjoyed the food.
