Cleaner by name Kawsae&karim did there job perfectly. We felt very pleasant with having them taking care of everything, very helpful and nice people. We knew that our room would be clean and on point when we came back to the hotel, after being out in town. Hotel location was good and a lot of easily and accessible transportation in front of the hotell. Making the location first class, as well as having food and other fine shops around the hotel. After all everything was good and on point, we felt pleased with having this as our hotell, and we will recommend this hotell for anybody visiting mekkah.

It was very nice place, i liked the stay and all the stuff, the Haram is near but because of Ramadan it would take longer to get there. I prayed in Masjid Al Qatari, it was a very big masjid and tje Imam Macha Allah så nice voice, i deeply recommend that place.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they gave us an early check-in. The rooms are very clean, big and very quiet. Many restaurants and shopping stores are near the hotel.
The location is a bit far from Haram, but taxis are easy to get for 10 to 15 SAR.
Last year I was alone and I like this hotel, so this year I came with my family. Personally, I recommend everyone to visit this hotel.

It was very good looking and modern. U got a Shuttle for Haram. Everything was really good. The personal was very friendly and helped with problems. I would always choose them again. They even called me 2 days after checkout, that i forgot 60 Riyal in my room. SubhanAllah, thank u very much.
