Cleaner by name Kawsae&karim did there job perfectly. We felt very pleasant with having them taking care of everything, very helpful and nice people. We knew that our room would be clean and on point when we came back to the hotel, after being out in town. Hotel location was good and a lot of easily and accessible transportation in front of the hotell. Making the location first class, as well as having food and other fine shops around the hotel. After all everything was good and on point, we felt pleased with having this as our hotell, and we will recommend this hotell for anybody visiting mekkah.

Shuttle service is good and the rooms for the price are very comfortable. There's a mosque next to the hotel if someone wants to pray. My recommendation is to book earlier and even though the staff can speak fine English, the bus drivers only speak arabic so keep in mind. Also, one feedback to improve the service: Message the guests on WhatsApp/booking.com about how to reach the hotel via shuttle for the first time and the approximate location of the shuttle.

Incredible value for money! Close to the shuttles to go back and forth to the Masjid Haram. Rooms are spacious and include most amenities. The folks at the reception were very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to let us stay beyond the checkout time as we had a flight later in the evening without charging us extra. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again inshaAllah!
