The hotel was great. Nami assisted us during the check in and check out. She was very helpful and great! The room was just nice however, we werent able to get the king size bed. But it's okay! The breakfast made up for it :)

Fantastic location, right on the iconic Orchard Road. Close to grocery stores, shopping malls and public transportation (bus, subway). Spacious room, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Great pool, with view to the surrounding high buildings. Very friendly staff.

Frome the moment I arrived in the taxi to when i left, i was pleased and very satisfied at the level of service provided by the staff. Especially when I checked in Dash was very helpful assisting me at reception with arranging my room. Charlie was great in bringing my bags to my room on level 7 Room 729. Loved the view and the room was very clean, view perfect, bathroom hygienic, loved the comfortable bed. After flying for 14 hours from Europe and very jet-lagged, i slept so well and woke up refreshed ready to explore the beautiful city of Singapore. Breakfast was scrumptious, with a tasty mix of local and European dishes. Lunch was tasty. On checking out, Sofie was very helpful. The level of customer care and service provided by Sofie was simply outstanding.

Location, pool, proximity to the train, proximity to shops (Tanglin Mall immediately behind but also close to Orchard Rd)  and a large upmarket supermarket be ng literally downstairs were all major positives. The room was very comfy, the facilities were everything we needed and communication beforehand was excellent (got interconnecting rooms for my family). Oh and almost forgot but the hotel is right by the Botanical Gardens- best sight in Singapore in my books.

The staff were amazing. The location was acceptable to us, had to walk around 10-12 minutes to the nearest MRT. But that was not an issue to us. The gym was not yet ready, but the staff were happy to provide us with workout equipments to do so in our rooms :). Overall, I would definitely come back again
