The location was excellent — there’s a direct entrance to Novena MRT from Basement 3, making it very convenient to get around the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great and included everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The only downside for me was the breakfast. It didn’t quite match my preference for a traditional European-style breakfast, so I only tried it once. On the other days, I opted to have breakfast at the nearby malls, which offered plenty of alternatives.

The staff are so nice and accommodating. Cleaners are also cheerful happy and smiling.Thumbs up to the Chinese Guy Receptionist in the afternoon who gave us the nice room and floor lever (pool floor)to stay in.

Nary was very helpful and friendly who was open to us, the front desk staff were kind and ready to assist. Location was perfect, within an area where there are a lot of restaurants options to choose from. I loved and enjoyed eating at the Vietnamese restaurant (Rocca Balestier) just across the road

Small room but v clean and toilet as well. Well maintained interiors loves the mirror with adjustable lights. Bus stop just in front. Very handy with kids. Super friendly and facilitating staff.
