Easiest the best resort so far we have been too in Thailand. So helpful, polite and the management are great. Everyone genuinely is happy, maybe not the gardeners hahaha it was so hot but they always smiled

I had such a good stay here that I booked for 1 week and stayed for 3. The price was good as it's rainy season. Every member of staff was friendly and polite, regardless of their role. The room was large and comfy and everything in it worked well. Lots of power points and USB points beside the bed. The pools are amazing and as there are so many, it was easy to find one that was empty. I had a couple of meals in the main restaurant, and the food was excellent. The rest of the time I hate in the healthier cafe and loved the food there. The staff in it were always so welcoming and kind, even though they must have been sick of the sight of me after 3 weeks. Sofia was particularly good as she spotted what you'd need before you needed it. I don't like gyms and fitness, but the gym was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The shuttle to a couple of beaches was handy if you didn't have transport. I'd love to stay in this hotel again.

The property is beautiful and situated a up from the beach in the tropical hills next to Karon. There are 5 pools all of which are stunning although we liked the mango pool the most. The food options were great and if possible I would highly recommend to ask for the outside table at the Thai restaurant at 6pm cause the view and sunset are unreal. Amazing few days here

So many dine options you can choose from. All inclusive option is really worth it. Shuttle buss to Patong. The hotel is clean and the service is top notch. We even got a thank-you-for-staying-with-us cake which was a nice surprise!

The staff were very friendly and always genuinely concerned about making us feel at home. The facilities were excellent — both the rooftop pool, which was beautiful, and the jacuzzi were highlights of our stay. The food was good and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay there again.
