The villa we stayed in was amazing. The bed is super comfy and you have heaps of space, your own pool and your own rooftop terrace. The breakfast was exceptional, too. Everything your heart could possibly desire. The resort is like the perfect little bubble on all the Patong craziness, which definitely wasn’t our cup of tea. All the better that we had our villa. :)

Everything was good. Big spacious room, with fridge and tv. Very very clean!!! Good bed sheet and towels! It seems like it should be in every hotel, but no.. I travel a lot and i know what i say))
What impressed us the most is a balcony with nice view to the Patong buildings) no neighbors opposite u!
The location is very successful, in the end of the street so no noisy bars or road nearby. Im not first time in Patong and this is the best hotel i booked hier.
7/11 and familymart 3min walk, big foodcourt in Banzaan market i think around 900 m from the hotel

Had a really amazing stay at this beautiful villa tucked away in privacy, while still within a short drive to Patong. Memorable and attentive service from the staff (primarily via WhatsApp group), particularly from Stephanie and Krish who had serviced me on check-in and check-out respectively. The house is fantastic, and has everything you need for a group or family. The cleaners came in every day to clean up and replenished us with plenty of bottled water each day. Very quiet area of Patong at night, but still plenty of places to eat, drink, get a coffee, and a supermarket all within 5 minutes walk. Two convenience stores within 100 metres to get most of what you will need.
