We stayed in 3 spots during our 10 day stay in Thailand, and this first stop was our favourite! Sawasdee Village is so charming and romantic! The grounds are decorated with so many great areas to chill and the long pool with the gold temple is breathtaking at night! The whole place lights up at night! It was like a Thai Dream!! We loved our room which was like a palace with a gorgeous garden you walk through to get to your door, and the facilities were fantastic. I had read reviews saying they are a bit dated, but we definitely didn’t see anything needing repair or even worn. The bed was sooooo comfy! We missed it the rest of our trip! The swinging bed by the pool was a lovely touch. We laid on it during a thunderstorm and lashing rain. It was so cozy!! The staff were extremely nice and the location is perfect - shops, cafes and massages right across the street! Only a 10 min walk to gorgeous Kata Beach!

Everything was amazing during our stay. Staff was great, the rooftop pool is very nice, overall the hotel has a nice vibe and is very quiet (apart from the cicadas). Rooms are big and the beds very comfy. The food at Saneha restaurant was the best that we had in Karon, the cocktails as well, breakfast also delicious.

Great little hostel ran by the most beautiful lady Kim. She couldn’t have been any nicer or more welcoming to us. Fridge filled with water you can take whenever you like. Wake up to eggs and toast with tea and coffee. Fresh towels supplied everyday and always kept clean. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach. Such great value for money. Would definitely recommend.
